    All Original Early WWI AEF US Army M1912 Officer's Dress Visor Cap or Hat - Size 7 - Excellent Condition
    Up for auction is an All Original WWI AEF US Army M1912 Officer's Dress Visor Cap or Hat with Black Leather Brim & US Army Eagle Ensignia.  The hat is Navy Black with Yellow Piping around the top.  The hat is used, see photo's for Condition.  This Cap is for Formal Dress wear.  No rips or tears in the material.
    There is a manufacturer marking inside the cap: "C.E. Ward Co., New London, Ohio", see photo.
    Size estimate 7.  The leather sweat band is present.  This is a very nice cap.
