Original WWI Era US Army AEF M1917 Helmet Complete w/Liner & Chin Strap - Hand Painted Camouflage Pattern - RARE!!
Up for auction is an Original WWI Era USMC AEF M1917 Helmet
.  Complete with Liner & Chin Strap.  The liner is in very nice condition.  Still has the pull string netting.  The leather chin strap is still soft and supple, very nice condition.  This helmet has the orginal vintage hand painted camouflage pattern finish.  There is a very faint, illegible, ink stamp inside the liner with a 1919 date.  On the rim of the shell is a stamping X 110, some sort of production code.  See photo's for details and condition.
