    Stamped HS on inside lip.
    NO LINER NO CHIN STRAP
    Helmet has what appears to be a bullet ding on the top. Signed Name, Address and Hometown on inside of helmet. See pics
    Based on the chin strap bails I believe this to be a British manufactured MARK I Helmet. The U.S. Manufactured M1917 or P17 has stronger rivets than the split rivet on a MARK I.
