WWI ERA US Navy Sailors Cap Hat USS Wisconsin NAMED BB-9 BB9 Flat

Still has the spring stretcher on the inside.  I didnt remove it.  Some moth tracking but I didnt see any holes.  But since the material is dark I would say there might be a few.  Named to what looks like v v tveter?.  I was able to go onto ancestory and find a victor v tveter that died on Jan 1 1931 in LA CA.  But there is no military record of him.  Just a death index.    Leather sweat band aint band but I didnt try to open it up to find a size.  Since I cant find a size I do not know what it is.  Plus it is missed shaped where I could get a size so the measurement would be accurate.  The USS WISCONSIN part of the talley the bullion is worn.
