WWI ERA US Navy Sailors Cap Hat USS Hokah

I searched everything I have for more info on the USS Hokah.  NOTHING.  Has moth nips throughout.  Good amount on the top as seen in the pics.  One behind the tally.  Good amount around the rim.  And a few around the inside rim.  Still has the spring stretcher on the inside.  Size is 7 1/8.  I dont see a maker label on the inside.  I didnt take out the stretcher because I doubt highly I would be able to get it back in.
