WWI BRITISH BRODIE HELMET TRENCH ART ARTILLERY SHELL LAMP CASING US DOUGHBOY. Helmet, repainted both interior and exterior, with adjustable bracket. Mounted to a spent shell casing with wooden insert. Casing measures 4"d base by 11 1/2" to top of brass. Lamp measures 25"h.Untested, wiring should be redone. Missing a number of the shells dangling from the helmet shade. The helmet has some surface oxidation, a couple small dents. no liner, swivel bail. A nice find.
