    Description

    WW1, US Army, Officer’s Khaki M1912 Service Cap, Makers Marked. This is the first one of these I’ve seen in many years. I will normally avoid collecting less than minty Visor Caps but this one has a number flaws which include a loose interior leather liner and missing leather chin strap.
    That is the bad news. The Good News is that these remarkably rare and aside for the normal moth tracks and the few flaws this is a great Cap. The AEF was the smallest army in the Great War and its participation in the conflict was a little over a year.
