New Old Stock. Each comes with 2 pen refills.  I opened up one(the Zebra) to see if it would write, I was able to get it writing by heating up the tip of the pen with a heat gun, a match or lighter may work as well.  Their storage cases show shelf/storage wear, mostly due to age, metal caps are discolored, paper tears, etc.

Fred and Cindy's Found Treasures is a husband and wife joint effort. It results from my wife's love for shopping and bargains, with my love for finding and collecting unique items.
