    Antique or vintage Wallace sterling silver cobalt insert swing handle pierced design sugar sweetmeat basket measuring approximately 5 inches to top of handle. There are no monograms. Cobalt blue insert fits well....probably original or a very good fitting replacement. Nicely detailed handle with wonderful pierced design on upper bowl. Marked Wallace Sterling 9941-3. The weight for the sterling basket without insert is 84 grams.
