They are approx. 4 ⅞” long and they have a beautiful raised design.

Stamped on the inside of one of the tong arms near a claw is a group of what looks like 3 hallmark designs, then the word Sterling, then Pat. 9?
I can’t read what looks like the last number of the 2-digit patent number.
