Vintage A. Stowell Sterling Sugar Tongs Monogramed "D"

Wonderful A. Stowell sugar tongs marked sterling and with a hallmark. Please see the photos I'm pretty sure the monogram is a D but you decide. Please see the tong part they are reticulated like birds talons. The approximate size is 4 1/2" long. If you have any questions please ask. Thanks
