STUNNING & ORNATE!
Very Fancy with 2 cherubs with a roses pattern and shell design at the bottom of the tongs.
It is marked STERLING on the inside but I don't think my photo with get the detail.
Pictures are of each side of the tongs.
Approximate measures:  4-1/4" long x almost 1" wide.
