Ornate Vintage Sterling Silver sugar tong or Candle Snuffer/Scissors with a Shell clamp to put out the candle. It was made by Thomas Hannam and Richard Mills, London circa 1760-1780.

Condition: Tarnished, can be cleaned with silver polish and a soft cloth.
There may be minor scuffs or scratches from normal use.
