***Sinking Star Wood***
This is REAL sinking branchy wood.
It is hard wood and will sink readily into your aquarium.
This wood has also been PRE-SOAKED so the tannins released will be
VERY MINIMAL.
Many amazing tree like designs can be created by anchoring plants or other décor to branches. This type of wood is in very limited supply and HARD to get.
As far as we know we are the only supplier of it.

*Taxidermy*
This Star wood is also great for use with taxidermy.
We are also happy to make pre-cuts to the wood for little or no extra charge depending on your requirements for mounting purposes.

This is natural wood and may release harmless tannins into the water.
Depending on the size of your aquarium this can “tint” your aquarium water a natural light brown color.
You can lessen this effect by presoaking the wood in a bucket for a couple weeks, or as long as it takes for the tannins to bleed out.
With regular water changes they will eventually go away.
The tannins are actually a great benefit to many soft water fish and can also help stimulate breeding.
