Sheffield Sterling Silver And Cut Glass Sugar Jam Jar with glass spoon.
For your consideration is a beautiful cut glass sugar or jam jar with sterling silver foot and lid.
The jar is in very good vintage condition.  There are no dents or dings on the sterling foot and no chips on the glass. I found a couple small scratches in the glass, likely from storage. The glass is decorated with star-shaped cut-outs. The sterling lid has two very tiny, pinhead size dings, visible under close examination.  Both the sterling foot and lid are marked 'Sterling' with a silver mark consisting of a man's profile, a crown, and a script letter 'S'. Research has determined this is a Sheffield silver mark.
