We ship our items via common truck freight carrier, Fed-Ex, UPS, or the US Postal Service depending on the item being shipped. Shipping within the contiguous United States only unless otherwise specified in an individual listing. You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your order has been shipped which will provide the name and contact information of the carrier used and a tracking number and website information enabling you to track your shipment online. The freight carrier will contact you to set up a delivery day once the order arrives in your area. Deliveries have a
9 AM to 5 PM
time window. All of our freight carrier shipments are delivered to the nearest dry location of your home or business (ground level only with no steps) and FREE lift-gate service is provided when necessary. The driver is not allowed to bring the item into the home itself but will bring your merchandise into a covered patio area or garage.  Deliveries to 'extreme' or 'uncommon areas' may incur additional shipping charges.
