OUR MERCHANDISE:
We take pride in the merchandise we offer for sale and hand select each item we sell for its best use and highest quality.
Rarely do we sell items that are ripped, torn, stained, chipped, cracked, damaged, etc, unless the flaw is so slight that it does not detract from its beauty or functionality. We will disclose all flaws in the listing description and provide photos.
QUALITY CONTROL:
We inspect all items we sell 3 times – 1) when we purchase it; 2) prior to listing it for sale; and, 3) prior to shipping it out to the buyer.
We will notify the Buyer of any change in the item’s condition prior to shipping the item to give them the opportunity to decide if they still want the item or want to cancel the order.
PRE-OWNED CONDITION:
Our pre-owned items are sold
“as is,” meaning that they are in gently/slightly used condition or are vintage/antique and may have slight imperfections due to age or prior use, etc. We will disclose and describe the item’s condition in the listing “as we find it” (i.e., “as is”) at the time of listing. We do wash, iron, clean, sterilize, freshen, polish, etc. items prior to listing/shipping. Some vintage items we leave alone and sell “as is”.
SHRINKAGE ALLOWANCE FOR PREOWNED CLOTHING:
Pre-owned clothes that are machine washable or made of a fabric like cotton that shrinks more likely than not have been washed and dried one or more times prior to our obtaining them. And we most often wash, dry, and/or freshen garments one more
time according to their care instructions to prepare them for resale. Please be aware that some shrinkage may have occurred over time during these cleaning processes. Please be sure to take this into consideration when viewing the photos, size, and measurements of garments.
PRE-OWNED SHOES/BOOTS:
Although all of the shoes/boots we sell are hand-selected for their excellent quality and condition, it is normal for these to have some signs of wear on the bottom soles and the footbed. We do our best to clean up the shoes and put them through a scentless disinfecting process to prepare them for resale.
RETURN/REFUND POLICY
: Returns are accepted within 30 days from purchase. The Buyer is responsible for paying return shipping cost.
Refund will be for the amount paid for the item only. We do not refund original shipping cost.
All items must be returned in the same condition they were received, with tags attached (if applicable), and without signs of use, wear, washing, etc. in order for a refund to be honored. That is, the item must be in resellable condition.
COMBINED SHIPPING:
Upon request, we can offer combined shipping if you choose to purchase more than one item from our store. Just pay the initial shipping cost for each item, then message us with your request to combine shipping.
After we pack the items and recalculate the combined shipping cost, we will refund you the difference in the shipping cost you originally paid as appropriate.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING:
We only ship to verified domestic U.S. mailing addresses.
We will always offer you the fastest shipping option at the best possible cost.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We participate in eBay’s Global Shipping Program for international orders. All orders are sent to Ebay’s Global Shipping Distribution Center in Kentucky, and they handle all the international shipping logistics and ship the item to Buyers from there. If the buyer has questions
about invoices, import charges, or paying for their order, contact eBay and they will answer them directly.
LOCAL PICKUP:
We offer local pick up typically on heavy or hard to ship items.
Be sure to select “local pick up” as your shipping option if available in the listing.
If Local Pick Up is not available in the listing, please message us BEFORE you purchase the item to let us know you would like to pick up the item.
We will revise the listing to include Local Pick Up as a shipping option. Or you may simply pay for the shipping and we will reimburse you for the cost of shipping after the item is picked up and you are satisfied with your purchase.
After purchasing the item, we will contact you via phone to make the pick up arrangements.
We cannot provide personal contact information via the eBay messaging system.
