    Rare Enoch Wood Damascus Blue Transferware 9 1/4" Dinner Plate C. 1818 - 1846
    Rare blue transferware plate int he Damascus pattern by Enoch Wood & Sons circa 1818. Has an impressed mark that reads E. Wood White Enamel China Burslem. Also marked Damascus E & E. W in blue. This mark was used by Enoch Wood & Sons between 1818 and 1846.
    Has several large exfoliation flakes to the glaze. Also three chips and a small flake to the front edge and a chip to the foot rim. Heavy overall staining of the type that may soak out, but no chips or cracks.
    Measures approximately 9 1/4 inches wide.
    This is an antique and may have small in manufacture defects that do not effect the display of the piece.
