RARE ANTIQUE FRED K MYLL CO OLD CROWN WHISKEY BOTTLE DETROIT EARLY LIQUOR
This auction is for a very rare original Fred k Myll Whiskey Bottle. This is an original Incredible Whiskey Bottle.  Beautiful antique whiskey bottle / decanter from the Fred k Myll Co. in Detroit, MI.  Measures approx.  11" with no cracks or chips. Could use a good cleaning inside, but still displays very well. Very decorative etched glass, with engraving that reads: "FRED K MYLL Co. Old Crown". There is a letter "K" on the bottom of the bottle and plenty of small bubbles in the old glass. It does have a light 1 1/2" scratch under the "Co". It is hard to see, but it is there. Very Rare pre-prohibition bottle that dates to between 1898-1916. I haven't found any "Listing" or Historical Information about This Bottle, online or in any of the Bottle-Books, and it is reported to be possibly the only known example. I have only seen the stoneware jugs before. I am convinced It would be really hard to find another example. The bottle is in as found unrestored original condition. It would be a perfect candidate for a cleaning, but I decided to leave it up to the new owner, as some people want to do it themselves and some like to keep them 100% original. They are only original, once! I have not even wiped it off since acquiring it. I will leave cleaning and to the new owner if they desire to do so. I would leave it as is. Still, it makes an impressive display piece.
