DCS Concerts Presents Queens of the Stone Age with Rye Coalition at the Bricktown Events Center, Oklahoma City 3/8/03, artist unknown. Poster is in Good condition, has a couple light creases, bottom right corner is dinged.
I did a lot of album and promotional art for the band Eagles of Death Metal since before their 1st record Peace Love Death Metal in 2004. At some point around 2004 or 05 Jesse Hughes, the singer of EODM, gifted me a bunch of QOTSA posters that he got from his partner in EODM, Josh Homme- also known for being the main member of the band QOTSA. They were mostly posters by EMEK, Jermaine Rogers & Justin Hampton, done as a collaboration for QOTSA's tour for Songs for the Deaf that ran from 2002-2004. Those artists collectively called that collaboration P.N.E. "Post Neo Explosionism". There were a handful of other artist's posters from the tour as well, from other cities- this is one of those. So this poster came from a selection of posters that Queens of the Stone Age / Josh Homme got from all the venues / artists on the Songs For the Deaf tour.
