Original Unique WW1 US Army Helmet 5th Infantry Division

Original WW1 US Army Helmet 5th Infantry Division. This is a bit of a unique WW1 helmet. This is a 5th Division painted diamond however for some reason, this was painted hollow. It’s the only one I’ve seen like this before. The overall condition of the helmet is very good. The liner is still with it, however it is loose and will fall out. Probably can be fixed up a bit to avoid that if one wishes. Very nice helmet that’s also very unique!
