PICK UP ORDERS:
Sales tax will be charged on all pickup orders.
SHIPPING INFORMATION:
We will ship via Fedex Freight Priority. This service includes residential curbside, tailgate delivery. Fedex does not offer inside white glove delivery. The freight carrier is not responsible for moving or delivering the item inside the house or taking it upstairs. You must provide the best phone number to reach you as it is needed by the freight company to schedule delivery or pick up.
Some smaller items will ship via Fedex Ground/Home delivery.
We will provide shipping information once your order has shipped. All shipments can be tracked at www.fedex.com
PACKAGING INFORMATION:
All new in box items will ship in the original packaging from the manufacture and will be strapped to a pallet. All floor models will have loose parts secured and wrapped, and the appliance will be bubble wrapped, shrink wrapped, protected in cardboard and strapped to a pallet for safe shipping. Built-in refrigerators will be bolted to the skid when shipping bolts are available. Items that are out of box or floor displays will not ship in original packaging. Our warehouse staff will use packaging/boxes that is available to package the order for safe shipping.
FREIGHT DAMAGE:
All of our shipments are insured. We take care in ensuring that every shipment is carefully packaged for protection during transit. Unfortunately, things can happen. We ask that you please take the time to inspect your shipment BEFORE signing for it. If you do not have a chance to inspect the shipment completely, please check DAMAGED (upon inspection) on the Freight Bill of Landing. If there is concealed damage and you have checked the damaged box, please contact us right away. If the unit is damaged and you accept it and signed on it free of damage then we will not be able to take responsibility for any damages. It is then your responsibility to file a claim with the freight company.
The delivery charge is for standard common carrier "curbside" delivery.
"Curbside Delivery" includes delivery to the curb in front of your home.
It does not include moving the item into your home, garage, or other locations.
The carrier will call to schedule a delivery appointment.
A signature is required at the time of delivery.
Some delivery locations (such as an island, mountain top, or extreme rural areas) may create additional delivery charges.
The shipment will be delivered on a large freight truck. If your location is unable to accommodate a large semi-truck they will not be able to deliver and you will be required to pick this up from their terminal or make arrangements to meet them and transfer the item(s).
RETURNS:
Please note that shipping and handling is not refundable. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Returns are subject to a restocking fee of 20% when applicable. Product will need to be returned in its original condition and with prior approval. We work very hard to have every customer pleased with their purchase. We do our best to protect every shipment, but occasionally items can be damaged in transit. We will work with you to ensure that the situation is resolved to your satisfaction. Normal remedies include a replacement unit or parts, a full or partial refund, or a damage allowance in the event of damage.
