This listing is for a wonderful antique Edinburg Scotland Sterling Silver sugar tongs
with classic fiddle back design, c. 1940.
Tongs
measures 5 3/4" long and the ends are 5/8" wide.
Weighs 40 grams.
The tongs are in excellent Estate condition with no noted damage.
Marked with hallmarks for "Edinburg, Sterling", maker's stamp "JS" (unidentified maker's initial mark registered first quarter of 19th century) and date letter for 1840.
