This is plastic sheeting. Nothing to review only how you use it. I placed it at an angle against the skirt board and slightly underground around my pole barn to prevent rainwater from going under the concrete pad. Then covered with earth and stone. Plan to use it around the house addition basement wall to keep the wall dry. Bury a foot or so underground, horizontally, with an angle to drain water away from the wall. Water perks vertically unless it finds a horizontal fissure.
