Shipping is limited to the US 48 contiguous states. We currently do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or internationally.
Buyer must provide current day time phone number.
Buyer must provide full delivery address.
Buyer will be responsible for any charges that may occur due to having incorrect shipping information.
H&H will arrange to ship large or heavy items to your address safely with an insured Freight Carriers.
Once your item(s) is picked up from H&H warehouse, we will enter your Tracking Number (BOL# or PRO#) and Freight Carrier Name in your ?eBay Purchase Account - Order Detail?.
Once the product has arrived in your area, the Carriers will contact you on the phone number you provided to schedule delivery.
If a customer is not available to receive a scheduled delivery, the customer must reschedule the delivery and will be responsible for the Carrier?s redelivery fee.
If the item cannot be delivered and is stored in a secure storage facility, the customer will be responsible for paying the daily storage fee.
Carrier will provide curbside delivery only. Service does not include moving the item into your garage, home or other personal or business space.
Please inspect your item(s) when they arrive for damage. Item(s) that are signed for in ?Good Condition? will be the buyer?s responsibility.
If an item arrives damaged it can be ?Refused? otherwise ?Damaged? Needs to be noted on the BOL (Bill of Lading).

If you notice visible damage to your shipment, refuse the package and note specific
damage in writing
on the carrier?s delivery receipt.
Please contact us within 24 hours of the attempted delivery to let us know there is a problem.
If you detect damages after opening boxes, please report within 48 hours of delivery.
Send us a copy of your
notes
and take several
pictures
of the damaged freight package.
We will file a claim with the carrier.
Warranties:
H&H Overstock provides a limited warranty on parts and labor for the first 30 days from date of delivery. H&H Overstock assumes no liability for improper installation or misuse of this product.

Returns and Refunds:
You must receive a Return Authorization (RMA) before returning an item.
All appliances will be checked by an authorized appliance repair service before an RMA is issued.
You will be responsible for packing and crating the item to ensure its safe return.
It must include all items that were in the original package.
If you return the item missing parts or damaged during return shipping because it wasn't packaged correctly, sellers may deduct from your refund to cover the loss in the item's value.
We will arrange for a Freight Carrier to return the item.
You must schedule a date and time for the Carrier to pick up your return item.
Shipping and handling charges to and from our warehouse are not refundable for returned items.
Once the item is received in good condition, we will deduct your freight charges and 10% restocking fee from your refund thru PayPal.
