Clear Antique Whiskey Bottle Illegal To Resuse Warning Ball Glass

This bottle measures 11" high and that's about all I know about old Whiskey bottles other than it must be post prohibition because of the warning. This was found during a deep excavation construction project ..Please see all pics I washed it and there are still small cloudy areas and Ball is pressed  on the bottom of the bottle so manufactured by the Ball glass company.
