This is a rare unique shape square hand blown wine bottle over 120 years old with its original label from a Fresno,CA winery....no embossing in the glass....Full original Red,Gold & Blue label reads QUALITY SUPERFINE PURE CALIFORNIA CLARET WINE  14% TO 21% ALCOHOL  BOTTLED BY MENDOTA WINE CO. FRESNO,CALIF. ....Hand blown in mold....hand tooled tapered lip with ring....clear....square "ovoid" shape with two rings on lower neck....11 3/4"tall....Sparkling attic mint condition with no chips or damage of any kind. Shiny clean with no haze. Original label is perfect. I had never seen this unique shaped bottle before. I would guess it dates from the 1890s or early 1900 era ..
