    A large 15"tall hand blown amber demijohn liquor/utility bottle from the 1880s...no embossing...hand blown in 2 pc mold....smooth base with circle post mold bottom....hand tooled tapered lip...amber....15"tall x 5 3/4"round...Excellent condition with no chips or damage. A nice clean bottle. This was a popular style of storage bottle in the 1800s....most of these originally would have had a wicker covering....
